If Kled hits a champion with E and that champion goes over the wall before the mark drops Kled can leap that wall with E.

GaleWinUnleashed1 votesIntended behavior (watch the twitch stream from a few weeks ago). First dash cannot cross walls, second one can. The tooltip is not very clear on this, unfortunately.
