[GAMEPLAY] (Easily Replicated Interaction) Kleds E Can Go Through Walls
If Kled hits a champion with E and that champion goes over the wall before the mark drops Kled can leap that wall with E.

Since it hit a champion already, yes. it will work. you just cant E over a wall without hitting a champion though
Intended behavior (watch the twitch stream from a few weeks ago). First dash cannot cross walls, second one can. The tooltip is not very clear on this, unfortunately.
