Unranked Looking for Ranked or Unranked Duo/Team

I would like to start playing ranked games with someone(s) who either also have never done ranked or are ranked willing to help me improve my game. My win percentage is less than 50, but I have been told my Malphite top game is getting really strong. I've also started to jungle with ok results. I want to play with people in my skill level and grow from there. I try very hard to remain positive polite and friendly.
