Patcher stuck at 33% - Crashes on repair

My patcher finished installing the most recent update yesterday. However, when I open up league today, my patcher stays at Scanning Files/1, 33%. I have tried restarting the patcher, logging out/back in, and restarting my computer. I don't have admin permissions, so I can't try to run in administrator mode or try to reinstall. When I try to repair the patcher, it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes, giving me the bugsplat screen. Any ideas on solutions?
