Singed Slipstream error...

If I walk near the corpse of a Singed and position myself as such if they were alive Noxious Slipstream will activate, the sound effect will play. Nothing else will happen, just my ears get blasted. You mind fixing this? I know the passive procced because it even gave me the debuff where Singed needs to wait 10 seconds to slipstream me again. Happened while I was playing Kled if it matters,.
