Rerolls are not being refuned when a player dodges aram.

I understand if the player dodging does not get the rerolls refunded; but in the past when someone else dodged we used to get our rerolls back.

I'm on the new client now; and I'm sick of using rerolls to have someone dodge and lose them all.

Didn't you enable it in the past where when someone dodged we got it refunded? why was it removed?
