Bug after Champion Select(won't let me go into loading screen)

Earlier this morning my computer was having some issues starting up, I fixed them but had to repair.

Now.. I start up league like normal - yet champion select won't pop up at all. I've seen ALOT of answers on how to fix this.

First off, Avast Chest has nothing in it. So that's not it. I tried replacing the kernal with a link someone posted. I tried switching regions, downloading that patch, then switching back NOPE NOPE NOPE It's looking like I'm going to have to reinstall league of legends.
