Annie has visually a perma stun

So I was playing a game this morning and I was against a Annie, who's passive was always visually on stun, so we had no idea if she was actually going to stun us or not. I notified my teammates to be extra careful, but it was extremely unfun to play against , since knowing when Annie is going to stun or not is a major part of her counter play.
