Random chat restrictions

This has been periodically happening to me for awhile but after what just happened less than 5 minutes ago, I lost it over this thing.

Randomly, without any call for it and no heads up whatsoever, I will be blocked from chatting in blind pick games before the game begins. This means I can't call out the role I want and will only unblock the chat as soon as every other person has called they're desired roles, as if some ironic joke is being used. Why the fuck does this happen. Am I the only person that has been fucked over pre-game from this? Oh, and the one that occurred less than 5 minutes ago? Yea, I called my role, one guy then got connected and then I was immediatly blocked from chatting. And guess what, that single guy who just connected, calls out my role and I can't even contend it because I'm blocked. I like this game but if it feels like punishing the player for no reason, just to spite them, I won't play it. Either Riot purposefully does this to piss of their fan base or they're too fucking lazy to bother fixing it.
