Vladimir E Sphere/Bubble missing on Default/Dark Waters.

I was messing around with Vladimir today in Practice tool. After 3-4 minutes of playing with him, i noticed hes E (Tides of Blood) is missing it's Bubble. I was using Dark Waters Vladimir. I went to check on Youtube Skin Spotlights, and it was indeed missing. It's also missing on it's Default skins. Haven't checked Soulstealer Vladimir, but i could assume it's also missing on him. It's quite important aswell, since it shows how much he got hes E charged. Please fix it, it's quite the only thing this guy has going for him.
