Matchmaking Bug AGAIN!!

Riot, can you please fix this annoying bug, i just had a game were i hit the same player 3 times in 4 battles, he was the first position, i was the 8th how is that possible, and is not a thing on this game only, it had happened several times through the week.

Can you please fix this annoying and irritating bug that ruins games for a lot of players? You should have fixed this a long time ago, why do you keep this happening.
