If you build a RFC on a jayce, he will never transform, he will keep hitting opponents on his hammer form even with his mana bar at 100%

Confirmed mostly. He will convert, but not just because his mana bar is full. Text says he is converted at "melee" range. I gather his range for attacking is extended by RFC. But not his range to convert. So he won't convert when full, and won't approach an enemy (because he is "in range"). But an enemy who approaches him and is attacked can cause conversion.
