Tried Reconnecting an insane amount of times. Restarted League twice. Restarted PC. No Fix.

same error C:\Users\spark\AppData\Local\Temp\PKM1C05.tmp

Used the hextech fixer, deleted log and launch files, reinstalled to vanilla completely removing folders and no fix at all.
