You can spot them in a minute.

That whole top dashboard? Almost every icon should have a tooltip.

The new stupid champion drop rate meter? Useless to a noob without a tooltip explaining what those numbers mean.

Do you have some personal aversion about putting the player names back to hovering in the mini-map?
