Is Riot committing consumer fraud again or do they just have a bad coder?

At least several times I've clicked on this "claim" button for playing tft, it says I got an orb, "beta pass points" w.e the hell that is, two of those blue happy face coins, w/e the hell those are. None of them show up in my inventory except for a singular coin, even though it says at this point I should have gotten two. Furthermore, I looked all over the store and saw nothing called "TFT Beta Pass" or anything like that. There's an arcade pass, but no tft pass.
