Same issue here. I got a level 3 unit with 3 combined items, and a tier 3 unit with 3 combined items and neither seems to complete the quest. I hope it doesn't have to be a level 3, tier 3 unit with 3 combined items.

I had a 3 Star Morgana with 3 combined items today. Didn't work. It's a little frustrating if you can't complete the quest since i won't be able to play for a while and thus not be able to get the rewards from the beta pass i have been grinding for. Also the fact that this post is 4 days old and it's still not fixed makes it even worse.

Same here, had a 3star trist with 3 items. Next game 3 star kindred with 3 items... so nope it doesn't matter what level the unit is. Quite frustrating
