Fix the targetting

cant tell you how many rounds i've lost because one of my units just stands there, not attacking, while it has available targets in range. Or when it can clearly walk to a unit and attack. OR A UNIT LITERALLY JUST STOPPING IN THE MIDDLE OF ATTACKING, WALKING TO THE MIDDLE OF THE MAP, AND FUCKING STANDING THERE
