Whole game broken

When we started carousal pick our champs disappeared, but we got buffs from the champ? but we had no champs so minions won every first stage. Now that its pvp, our champs come out, but dont do anything, and finally the next stage doesnt materialize. We cant buy other champs and everything is just bugged. Server crash?
