Akali Q not working

I think part of this is probably someone cheating, because there was a lot of chat pointing toward that assumption.

There should really be some 3rd party program detection/cheat detection in TFT, because it seems like there isn't.

Then again its probably a bug and I just want to rant.

Then again there is 0 engine dedicated to reporting or being able to get player support for a specific incident in TFT,
