First Carousel Guaranteed Item/Champion Exploit

Experienced an exploit by a player today where they were able to enter the first carousel (the one as soon as the game starts) before the gate lifts and all the champions fully load. Obviously, he gets his choice of item and champion every time. Based on his attitude, he can easily reproduce this glitch over and over.

Just had this happen as well. Player name was Rage with a special character over the "e".

it's a little difficult to fix this because I know how the bug works. if you alt tab then go back into the game this glitch occurs.
