Zephyr delaying creep rounds

When fighting single creeps like dragon, Zephyr lifts them up. Unlike in multi-enemy fights, this just delays the start of combat, as there are no other targets. It does interrupt some abilities such as charges, though, but it would be better if it did this without slowing things down.
