Runnan's Hurricane + Red buff combo does not apply red buff on the 2 other targets from Runnans

Morello doesn't completely block healing in other modes either. Phantom Dancer doesn't completely dodge crits in other modes either. Blood Thirster doesn't give 50% lifesteal in other modes either Frozen Mallet doesn't give you a chance to freeze enemies in other modes either.

TFT has its own version of items so effects that these items might have in other game modes don't necessarily apply in the same manner in TFT.

Same goes for Runaan on Vayne in TFT by the way. Only procs her special/ultimate thing on her main target. I doubt it's a bug though as there's no mention of it "applying on-hit" in the item's description.
