Unable to move at the start of the game
This has been happening to me for the last 3 patches whenever i start a game of tft and when everyone else runing to secure his wanted item im just sitting there unable to move for a couple secs .

Probably a dumb comment, but took me a bit to notice/get used to the way it works now, but if you are clicking in the circle/ on the champ before the barrier drops, you will not move.. you have to click in front of your champ to move them, but the second you click the barrier or beyond, you will not move.. Until the barrier drops.. then you can move like you could past patches. has been that way for several patches and guessing that is what you are running into.
