Units not attacking and phantom dancer dodging all autos

There have been multiple instances of some units not attacking (no stun or item involved and my unit was right in front of the enemy unit) and also ran into and also noticed that units with phantom dancers dodge all autos, not only crits.

if you have the item that gives 5% each second to give 100% crit, that will make it so Phantom Dancer dodge all autos from that champion if it procs
