100% dodge Poppy Bug?

Anyone else encounter Poppy having a really high dodge chance even without Yordle team buff?

I just had a game where my 3 star Poppy was dodging every attack and came out of two battles completely unscathed, and I do not know why. I did NOT have the Yordle buff, items, or any healing on Poppy, yet she dodged every attack that came her way with a little "miss" text popping out of her. She sat there and tanked a Kassadin and transformed Gnar for a long time, taking no damage in the process.

My team was Poppy, Darius, Tristana, Gangplank, Lucian, Miss Fortune, and Draven, so my team buffs were 2 Knight, 4 Gunslinger, 2 Imperial.

Again, Poppy had no items. Darius had a Red Buff and Blademail. Gangplank had a Hextech Gunblade and Cursed Blade. Miss Fortune had a Red Buff, RFC, and Bloodthirster.
