Does tabi ninja and randuin passives stack ?
My question is simple : tabi ninja reduce damages from autos by 12% and randuin reduce damages froms crits by 20%. So if you have both items and get hit by a crit, does the two passives stack to get something like 30% reduction on the auto ?
