Ranked Placements?
I won (placed first) in my first two games in ranked TFT, and it put me in bronze 4? I'm not entirely sure how LoL's ranking system works because I've been gone for like 3-4 years, but this seems odd.

Everyone starts at the bottom and climbs their way up. They don't have previous seasons to draw a baseline from, so this is the easiest way to do it.
Everyone starts iron now regardless of MMR, but the bads still cry about your rank as if it means anything.

It's a new ranked queue, everyone starts near the bottom.
But the LP gains are pretty insane if you win. Had like +101 lp from my first win at 2nd place.
Yup we are all there. I went 2W, 1 Third, 1 Fourth, and 1 8th because my game crashed in loading and got placed B4. Just hit B3, everyone has to climb.
TFT is different. It's a new game mode with no history and no promotional series, so it's probably meant to place everyone low at launch.
Can confirm other replies. Started ranked yesterday and placed iron 4. Only play for a few hours during the day and today I'm silver 3. I think they just want everybody to climb so there is a baseline to rank skill for next season.
