A bunch of balance thoughts. Mine and others I've read and am reiterating.

Items, CDs, being unique, and general balancing:

I'm personally unsure of how to balance the CD/Unique debate. Really there are only a couple of circumstances where stacking one item is too powerful, i.e. SoS and Rageblade mainly so items needing to be unique would be up for debate imo, but the double SoS setups on a lot of champs is pretty ridiculous.

The recurve love needs to be spread out a bit. RFC, Guinsoo's, and PD are 3 of the best items in the game, let alone Titanic which can be amazing. The other options aren't terrible either. Either some of the items need huge buffs (Looking at your GA and Sparky and others) or they need to be switched to other combos to lessen the value of recurve and BF. The offensive items have too much defensive value.

Quite a few champs and passives need to be dialed back:

Pyke's stun should be half the amount of time it currently is, even after the nerf. Unless you are going to make it hit half the people it does, it's a little ridiculous that a 2g unit can perma stun an entire team without much of an issue.

Asol needs to be dialed back in a few ways. One the dragon buff is a tid bit insane. Taking half dmg would be super strong, but zero? Literally it negates a huge amount of builds out there which shouldn't be an option imo. Asol has a similar problem to Pyke in that is spell is way too wide. It should not be hitting the entire enemy team. The dmg is fine as long as it's not blasting every member of the other team.

Sej/Glacial needs to be dialed back pretty badly or give us an item that makes us immune to CC(This would be my personally favorite option). At this point you can have rank 1 glacial and completely shut down an entire front line and quickly roll to the backline. With Sej ult almost always going off before she dies(if she even dies quickly) the amount of CC a glacial team packs is out of this world as almost every glacial champion has a hugely impactful hard CC.

Quick shoutout to Swain, who if you put a couple items on becomes a god if he has Shapeshifter buff(This is 1 star btw. 2 star he could literally solo a team), but he is a 5g so it's not that pertinent as you don't see him decked out much.

Champion Buffs

Aatrox, Elise, Eve, Liss, Fiora, Mord, Ahri, Rek, Poppy, and Veig could all use a lot of love. Yes, some of them can be decent in certain circumstances, but they are all outclassed by nearly everyone they should be compared to.

I would bring up item amounts, but that's currently on the PBE from what I understand, so we'll leave that out.

Long list, but I wanted to consolidate a lot of what I have been reading of people's thoughts and what I have been experiencing while playing this a lot. Please feel free to add in any you all feel. Also if there are any disagreements I'd like to hear the argument against it which will help the balance team decide where they sit.
