TFT New Item Idea

I think a great idea would be "Ornn's Help" or "Ornn's Forge", just like "Neeko's Help" but for items. For balancing maybe it can only be used for basic items, not full items? And maybe it has the same rarity or rarer than Neeko's, as the game is (arguably) more item-centered than unit-centered. Or.... make it a Set 3 universe where every player gets only 1, and thats the only time it can be used, instead of ever having it as a drop.
