Nerf Leona and Ashe

is so strong her stun timers are just insane and unfair to play against , 8 seconds stun on a level 2 Leona? not to mention the 5 seconds stun when she is level 1 , its just way to much , right now its 5/8/11 , maybe try doing it 3/5/8...

arrow is bugged im 100% sure of it , 1.5 seconds on her stun yet the unit is stunned more than 1.5 seconds, one more thing , if the unit is stunned and AA's it while having no Glacial synergy the unit will be getting perma stunned to death... pls fix this
