I want to tell Riot the things happened in Garena server

Hello, I'm a player from Garena TW server.(and sorry for my bad English) I've been playing League for like 5 years, and I used to enjoy everything in Garena server. Things were fine and nice until this 2 years. There are skins like Star Guardian Jinx became limited, after they first time sold it, the only way to get it is playing lottery and Hextech boxes, so many people spent a lot money to get it in the lottery. (it is available now, so some people are mad because they spent very much but it is okay to buy it now) In 2019, more legendary skins are only able to get in lottery, for example, Galaxy Slayer Zed, Battle Academia Ezreal. (they put Ez's skin in lottery and then sell in in the shop a week later) These are okay to me, but now I can't take it anymore. There is one thing I can't stand, they put Dark Cosmic Jhin in a foolish lottery again, I can only get that skin in the lottery or buy the whole Dark Star skins and all the chromas that patch 9.12 released. I feel so disappointed because I love Jhin very much, and I've been waiting for the skin since 9.12 patch update(6/13,GMT+8), but they put it in the shop very late(6/20, GMT+8). When I finally see that the skins are on the shop, I found that I CAN'T buy Jhin's skin just like before. I really like the Dark Cosmic skin so I tried the lottery. However, I spent almost 37 US dollars to get it. (I searched NTD to USD to calculate it) How can a legendary skin be so expensive in this server? Why should I pay triple price for a 1820 RP skin? I feel regretful for the waste of money. I am here and want you guys to know how bad the things Garena did. This DID ruined my enthusiasm of buying skins and playing League.
