How does early-mid-late game work? I went from being undefeated until 5-3. Losing only 1 champ every few rounds. Then 5-4, lost every round with only killing 1-2 champs each round. I had 3 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze. Then i was being spanked by someone without a single gold unit and down a champ. How can this happen? Am I missing something late game that is that vital where a switch goes from Invinsible to Hitting with noodles wearing glass armor?
Could be a number of different factors, could be you only had level one units at level 3 to their level 3 level units.
Could be the opponent finally got their last unit needed to finish out a set, like yordle or noble six.
Could be that they placed their units in a way to counterplay yours.
Could just be raw bad luck.
What was your team comp and what was beating you?
Interest -- a strategy is to not reroll at all and lose HP on purpose to get your pick on the carousel while accumulating gold interest.
For every 10 gold you have in the bank (up to 50) you get +1 gold per turn.
When it becomes +5 gold a turn, you are over 60 gold each round and can reroll multiple times a round for higher tier champions (epic/legendary) without even dipping below the +5/50 gold mark.
This gives you far greater flexibility not only for higher tier champs (as previously mentioned) but ability to completely switch up champion synergy based on what hasn't been mined out of the champion pool mid-late game.
Keep in mind that a 2 star epic/legendary can far out value a 3 star (gold) common/rare tier champion.
Feel like Riot should include a tip to remind people that 3 starring 1 cost and 2 cost units doesn't necessarily mean they are going to carry you the rest of the game......every 1 cost falls pretty hard at late game and costs 2 except for Lulu and Pyke with items fall off too. You can easily replace any early ranged carry with Draven and he will use those items much better unless you are running rangers and if you plan too you certainly should be saving the good items for Ashe because she's much better than the others.
early game = higher rank champs win. Mid game = team composition starts to matter. Late game = you need high rank champs and team composition.
You had no composition, you just had a bunch of random stuff. If anything you shudda been fishing for a Elemental bonus, or 4/4 Gunslinger
