Why hasn't Riot nerfed Shapeshifters in TFT?

doesnt matter if shit is broken in tft bc everyone has an equal chance of picking it up!

Swain, Shyv, and Gnar are good (w/ items, Gnar good w/o items I guess).. Nidalee and elise sub par imo.. Jayce is also so-so imo.

It's not shapeshifters that need the nerf (maybe stronger shapeshifters would need longer time to transform), it's Rageblade and Warmog. If you noticed they always put those items on Shyvana, which can make her an ultrahypercarry.

The difference in power level between Shifters 3 and 6 is too extreme, I had a game earlier where I had dominated a guy with 5 shifters as soon as he picked up swain though I consistently lost because there was too much survivability. I was running a ninja/assassin comp on a 11 game win streak until he hit 6 so it wasn't a question of bursting them down before they shifted, enough of them would make it to full mana and then it was over, nothing I could do.
