TFT treated as a champion select

So i was looking through my logs from PBE after a weird sudden shutdown of my game, trying to find the cause of the problem when i randomly stumbled upon these logs:

It made me really curious about why you would treat TFT as a champion select? I believe it must only be extra room for bugs happening?
