Make item drops in TFT like bounties on summoners rift.
Just make it so if you total item drops is < the current average of players alive then you have increased item drop chance and maybe even a chance for item drops between non minion rounds if it exceeds a threshold.
Most of the time its fine but being the guy with 3 total drops when everyone else has three completed items makes no matter what comp your playing feel underwhelming.
