Do Drafted Champions come from Champion Pool totals?

So this thought occurred to me when explaining to my partner why its crazy to ever go for a 3 star 5 cost champ, and even a 3 star 4 cost champ (without extreme luck)...

The drafted Champions that occur; do they come from the total Champion pool or are they 'bonus' Champions that do not affect the total count? This could be relevant for going for the 2 Star Champs on 5 costs, as an extra one is a pretty significant for those odds. Not as much for other tiers but I couldn't find this answered anywhere.

Thanks!

What about neekos what ifd you get all of one of the 5 stars and 2 neekos then could you have a t3 and a t2 of that 5 star?

They are part of the pool.

Only 10 of that T5 unit in the whole game regardless where it came from.

Basically every tier 5 champion has 10 copies in the deck. All 5 of the slots in your shop inventory roll as well as your opponents at the same time. You can't see what's in their shop inventory. Every tier 1-5 has a % chance of rolling in each slot, and then it has to pick from one of the cards that exists currently in the deck. For tier 1 there's a ridiculous amount, 39 of each champion IIRC. So while tier 1s are common, you can always gamble on getting a lot of them. That goes down and down each tier. Tier 3 has 18 total, which means any champion can be three star twice. At tier 5, you can only three star a champion once. And that's assuming no one else has 2 copies of the champion.

There's lots of sites that report this information but yeah. And the champions from the "draft" or "carosel" are from the card pool. The items and champions are randomly generated but there will never be more than 10 Kayles or whatnot.
