Suggestion for the Galaxy Set

I was playing with a bud of mine and he mentioned the new set had been announced, which i had not seen. So after reading "players will start with 2 Neeko's Helps in the Neeko Galaxy" as the example, I thought about other possible fun galaxies and we both agreed that a Klepto-Galaxy would be fun.

Klepto in this case is being used in place of thief, which is exactly what i mean. Every champion has a thief's gloves item. Whether that's champions you buy (and the item doesn't drop if sold) or if it's just Carousel units would be up to you guys at the design team and the balance team, but in the case that all champions have it regardless of origin, it would be just constant champion and gold drops for items. it'd be super fun! a galaxy where people cant complain about items, a galaxy where everyone is random and you'd have to change the way you think about synergies, if the theme was what I thought it is for the champions then it fits them too.

Not only would it be fun to play in, it'd be really fun to watch. Imagine on the pro stage for tft or your favorite streamer's promo game comes up and suddenly, Items are removed because everyone has Thief's Gloves. The meta would not apply to that set like it does to others. Your ranked game suddenly feels fun and less like a grind because everything is random. It sounds really fun for both competitive and casual play, so that's the suggestion!
