Last Season's Rank (TFT) Not Showing Up for Either of my Accounts

As the title says, both of my accounts (Pumpin My Monkey) & (Pumpin ur Monkey) don't display anything in the "Last season's ranked" area. My first account (Pumpin My Monkey) got the pengu emotes for finishing GM, but my other account (Pumpin ur Monkey) has yet to receive them and it isn't showing last season's rank whereas the other players on my feed all display theirs. I sent in a bug report but havent heard anything back. Any suggestions on what to do?
