Weird matchmaking?

Hello, my name is TripleChicken. I have spent a LOT of time playing League of Legends. I have gone through different stages in life and I've changed throughout my time of playing League of Legends. However for some reason, after coming back to the game after quitting last time for the same reason; I begin to get the most horrible possible teams in the universe. I don't know if it is an honor thing because I was banned who knows how long ago or what it is. But it is enfuriating, I was demoted from silver 1 all the way down to silver 3 after consistently getting A-S ranks on every single one of my games and successfully communicating with the team in most of them. Why is it that the player I am matched with is the kind of player I have been getting matched with CONSISTENTLY? Something is wrong and I HATE it.
