Ping Issues In Game(for the real game, not TFT)

Hello. For the past few days(or months) i've been having ping issues in game where my ping goes up to 20k. I've restarted my internet a dozen times, but its still the same. Some days I'll have luck, but the past few days have been the worst. It might be my internet, however every other game I play it's completely fine. If anyone an help me i would be happi uwu
