Making the Runaan's Hurricane more dynamic

Its been a long time that the Runaan's Hurricane exists and just a few champs get their VFX combined with this item . So I was thinking wouldn't it be nice to make the basic attack from the Runnan into a smaller version of the original basic attack for some more champs when they use spells similar to the Q of Ashe, and the rocket launcher from Jinx. When the idea came up, I was thinking about the W on Kog'Maw the W on Urgot (even if it's not a recommended item for Urgot...) The R on Twitch and the last one would be Kindred basics attack (like Kalista) since the stack from her marks makes the Runnan the perfect item for her. Ye so that's it, I hope u like my idea and can make it^^.
