[TFT] Inferno / Annie is too strong

I struggled to climb in TFT ranked ladder until I gave Inferno comp a shot. I yielded a few first place results with Inferno teams and finally landed to Gold just last night and stopped building Predator/Light teams all the time.

There is one problem with Inferno though, and your performance is almost completely reliant to highrolling Annie into your team. Without her, Inferno teams seem mediocre. With her, expect to land at least 3rd place if you built your team right.

Nerf Inferno hex's damage/area/Annie.

Maybe turn Annie to a 5 star in her current state, or weaken Tibbers so it doesn't 2 shot champions.

There is only one other team that can rival Inferno, and I feel that it's Assassin. It's either Inferno / Assassin consistently in first place. Maybe Mage teams if your champs decide to one shot the enemy squishies in the back first.

I still think that the powerhouses of the current state of Inferno are Zyra, Kindred, Varus, Brand and Amumu. Annie is definitely good, but she is technically is thrown to the frontline to suicide and summon Tibbers. After she summoned Tibbers she is useless, as she is quite likely to be able to summon Tibbers once unless he is killed too quickly. Mage's Cap Annie double casting Tibbers is definitely cancer.

Same w/ poison.. It's ok until you get singed.. Then it's pretty darn strong.

Try Infernal Senna with IE + Jeweled Gauntlet. You'll re-evaluate both Mage and Annie

TFT is RNG. Your performance depends on a number of factors out of your control, including what the other players get, what you get, how the random abilities target, how the units decide to move, if you get a bug, if you get the correct items. Inferno isn't the strongest. RNG is the single most strong factor in this game.

I've gone inferno, but had about 5/7 tier 1 units without anyone contesting them.

That's just how the game is. RNG.

Also, perhaps you had a few lucky games. Perhaps players below gold aren't going meta compositions (a fully built nocturne will 1 or two shot your backline one by one, Yasuo can cc your carry unit, preventing it from casting). Perhaps TFT is just rigged.
