Ranked team mode

I really wish to see a team ranked mode in TFT in the near future, I think right now being able to play with your friends lacks the competitive team effort you get from a regular ranked League game.

I feel many players out there are in this position, but I also know TFT is at its infant stage, so the dev team is probably already working on something similar.

One option for ranked team mode is something like a 4 v 4 (if staying with current number of players), where each of the players on one team is being placed against all the other 4 players on the opposite team randomly (like how it is now), the winning team is then determined by whichever team has the highest combination ranking (rank 1,2,5,7 will be higher than 3,4,6,8, for example). I really hope the dev team sees this thread, because playing with friends for individual objectives is pretty much the same as playing alone.

I envision there should be a Solo Q for ranked TFT (instead of combining a team option into a solo Q game) and a teamed ranked TFT in the future, this will also provide possible ground for future tournaments and professional leagues. It will give an edge over all the other auto chess games out there currently.
