ITEM CHANCE AND LUCK %

I honestly want a answer from a riot employee on to why when your doing a specific build say im doing a "Blademaster" build it literally gives me everything but what i need to do the build but when i do a "assassin" Build i see all the blade masters possible... literally annoying asf
