TFT Rank games so difficult to climb
I can't get out of Gold I because many players survive in the late game, I was in a healthy position and then get a ton of damage from the 5-7th player and I ended up below 4th

Don't blame on something. Every player deserve their rank and the climbing depends on that 10% of skills (your tactic decisions).
My advice is to try to build a strong comp for early/mid game, it's enough to resist not necessary win-streak, meantime prepare other comp better for late game and when 3-5 level units are 3 stars, migrate (at around level 7-8 replace the old units and synergies). Don't re-roll except if you really need to upgrade your units to 2 stars or if you reach level 8-9. (don't wish 3 stars units, if they come take them). Interest and leveling are the key.
