TFT and End Game Fights Against Enemy Clones is BS

First of all.....

I get that there are an odd number of teams at times so Riot has to work in a way for someone to not get a totally free round and take no damage. Someone told me that the enemy clones are nerfed.

  1. Is the clone/ghost army nerfed?
  2. If so why the F is it nerfed? It is super frustrating to get repeatedly paired against a non clone/ghost army while a super low HP team essentially gets a bye by playing against clone/ghost armies. RANT: I can think of 4 games today where I should have placed 2 but end up 3rd or 4th because I fought the highest HP team multiple times in a row. So while I kept losing HP they sat and watched me get eliminated. If anyone should get a bye it should be the top HP player and let the lower HP teams fight things out. In my last game I got 3rd because I died sooner than the guy who finished second. He lost to my clone army and was put out but still finished ahead of me..that makes no sense to me. He could not even beat my clone and he finished ahead of me.

Does anyone else have this happening to them and how do you feel about it?

Origins and classes are not working on bots + ,,actives"(like redemption) are not working either. To be honest I do not think RIOT made any official statement about it being bug or a feature. I personally thought about it as being bugged, but some people told me that it is because it would not be fair to have equally strong opponent when you cannot deal them any damage and they would deal you all the damage if you would loose. So this is how to implement something like a ,,bye" into the game without it being completely free round. If that is the case I think it is stupid that you can face such bot multiple times in a row and have multiple free rounds while other players are kicking each other out. So it should at least prioritize people that did not face bot yet as that is normal for ,,byes" in other games. Personally I think that the bots should be fully functioning because it feels like a huge win to get a ,,free" round on 10-20 HPs when other players are close to being eliminated or you are really close to a power spike.

And no this is not how it works in other auto chess games. In other games people are not fighting each other. The game copies random enemy and makes a bot of them and you fight that bot. And the bot is fully functioning. So instead of 4 fights(with 8 players) there is 8 fights where everyone fights a bot of the enemy.

Clone/Ghost armies doesn't have origin/class bonuses. It is basically a free round, but it is possible to lose anyway (items works so big item diff can decide it).

And yes it is unfair, but apparently this is how it works in other auto-chess games and riot copied it. Don't expect this to be changed.

Yeah...it seems weird and very frustrating when one team is hyper stacked and you lose 30-40 HP two rounds while someone sits at 1hp and fighting clones and you would stomp them. I climbed pretty quickly to Gold II and now it seems like everyone is trying for one of 2 or 3 comps and if you get the lucky RNG with items and Champs you win..otherwise it kinda sucks. Thanks for responding..I hope they fix this issue somehow.
