REMOVE OR NERF HEXTECH????????????
TBH im sick of having 3 of my champs fully item stacked and than destroyed by hextech buff.... HONESTYL LIKE WTF!!!!!!! At least reduce the duration to 5 or 4 secs FFS!!!!!!! DUMB AND STUPID MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

DracosKasu1 votesVi is a good brawler overall even without hex bonus. Jinx is one of the hyper carry and a gunslinger you can run her without hex bonus also.
If both player run hex and hit the opponent carry the fight will alway resume to which of them have the best synergy.
