We seriously need a lulu nerf
Legit any game you play, if the other person has a lulu and you dont, you either need to be extremely far ahead or else you have no chance of winning. Like is it just me who thinks this.

Pretty much, its just you, because she is good, but nowhere near OP.
Depends on her items.
If she can ult 3+ times a match she will be hard to beat, but not impossible.
She's no glacial that's for sure.
