[Suggestion][Feedback] The item interface (via cubes) is unintuitive and/or not precise enough

I'm talking about how cubes with items stack at each other next to Little Legend. If a cube is on top of another, it requires insane precision to pick up the correct one or waste the time dragging the cube to different edge of the "box". It ends up in me thinking I picked up the right item, which I didn't and I'm crafting something I didn't want.

And on top of that, the hitbox of items itself feels off for me, I feel I'm going to pick up just to end up having to reposition my cursor to actually be able to pick them up.

I'm not really a fan of cubes being the medium in the interaction between the player and the items, but it probably can get intuitive if:

  1. the "box" with the items becomes bigger
  2. the hitbox on the cubes is corrected
  3. make it so, the cubes with items can't end up on top of each other
