where to find informations about patches and micro patches.

Hello, im utterly confused. I can never find info about patches on TFT, on the client there is nothing, on the website i can not find them. Apparently we are currently on patch 9.16, i've read some upcoming changes and some are already hotfixed (some websites says). For example i found info about a hotfix nerf on Nobles.

why is it so hard to find info, on what is being patched/applied and whats coming?

anyone has a reliable source?
