Do you get any rewards that don't pertain to TFT?

I can't look at this mode seriously in any way and can't stand it. Do I get anything at all out of playing it then? Do I earn xp or icons or whatever?

There are emotes every now and then and Little Legends (though unlikely to get by someone who doesn't want to play, it's like the highest reward for ridiculous amount of points) who appear on ARAM.

Emotes... Those will be the biggest reward for playing TFT that isn't tied to TFT imo. Emotes are normally pretty low on the tier also so pretty quick to unlock unlike the little legends. Little legend eggs rarely also but those are meant for TFT and a bit aram and the most expensive/grindy of the rewards offered..

So far the largest LoL-related loot items obtainable via TFT are event-based. TFT allows for more extreme token farming.

You already said you hate the game, though. Doing that may be equivalent to self-harm.
